  • Made of high-density SANALON S with smooth external finish. Easy to clean. All common germicides can be used. Autoclavable at up to 134ºC.
  • Ergonomic shape. Painless atraumatic insertion.
  • Positive locking design. Firm fit to the otoscope head.

How can I clean and disinfect the reusable tips of my HEINE Otoscope?
The reusable tips shall be cleaned and disinfected manually (in an immersion bath) or by machine. Recommended agents: Cleaning agent: Neodisher MediClean Disinfection agent EU: alcoholic (e.g. rotasept ); USA: Cidex OPA Solution The reusable tips can be reprocessed up to 360 cycles. Disposable tips (HEINE AllSpec/HEINE UniSpec) are for single use only.

The items sent by the seller are 100% authentic Heine products, both the ear tips and the replacement lens assembly.

Customer service of the team is topnotch!

While the actual procurement of the product took quite a long time, the team was very transparent about this delay from the beginning. Since the product I purchased was on backorder, they informed me via email before pushing through with my order.
