It is prepared from fibers of high molecular weight, long-chain, linear polyesters having recurrent aromatic rings as an integral component. In size 0 with the — needle, it is a dependable pick when a closure calls for long-lasting tissue support.
ETHIBOND EXCEL Suture is braided for optimal handling properties and dyed green for enhanced visibility (ETHIBOND EXCEL Suture is also available white (undyed). ETHIBOND EXCEL Suture is indicated for use in general soft tissue approximation and/or ligation, including use in cardiovascular, ophthalmic and neurological procedures.
