Refund policy

Effective date: September 16, 2026

This is the summary refund policy. For step-by-step instructions on starting a return, see our Returns & RMA page.

• Window: eligible items may be returned within 15 days of receipt.
• Authorization: all returns require a prior RMA number; no returns are accepted without one.
• Condition: items must be returned prepaid, in new condition, with original box, packaging, manuals, and accessories. Items not in new condition cannot be accepted.
• Not returnable: special-order items (which may require a non-refundable deposit of 25%–50%), and sterile, single-use, or hygiene items that cannot be returned once opened, per manufacturer policy.
• Damaged/defective/incorrect/missing: report within 3 days of receipt.
• Refunds: issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
